Web Services Privacy Policy

Version 1.1 · June 25, 2026

Controller: Resolve Concierge LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

This Privacy Policy explains how Resolve handles information in connection with our website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. It is separate from the Privacy Policy that governs the Resolve smart-home application.

1. Information We Collect From Clients

  • Contact & business details — your name, business name, email, and phone number.
  • Billing information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Project materials — logos, photos, copy, service lists, and other content you provide.
  • Access details — domain, DNS, hosting, or business-tool credentials you share so we can do the work.
  • Communications — emails and messages related to your project.

2. Information From the Websites We Build For You

If your site includes them, we (or our providers) may process, on your behalf:

  • Contact-form and appointment-request submissions (e.g., visitor name, phone, email, message).
  • Privacy-safe analytics (page views and interaction events).
  • Security and abuse logs (e.g., spam protection).

This visitor data belongs to you, the business owner. We process it only to operate your site and route submissions to you.

3. How We Use Information

To build, host, and maintain your site; to deliver form/request submissions to you; to bill and provide support; to keep our systems secure; and to meet legal obligations. We may use AI-assisted tools, development platforms, and automation services to draft copy, design, write code, and process project materials. We do not sell client data, and we do not intentionally use client data to train public AI models.

4. Service Providers

We share data only with the vendors needed to deliver the service, including:

  • Hosting / infrastructure — Vercel, Supabase.
  • Payments — Stripe.
  • Domains, DNS, and email providers used for your project.
  • Analytics and Google services where enabled for your site.

5. Your Customers Are Your Responsibility

If your website collects information from your own customers (contact forms, appointment requests, analytics, SMS consent, or payments), you are responsible for providing any privacy notices and obtaining any consents required by the laws that apply to your business.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers above or as required by law.

7. Retention & Deletion

We keep project and billing records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us; some records (e.g., invoices) may be retained as required by law.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
